Random question, does sleep reset the energy cost u have to use in order to switch from one domain to another. Like, let's say I wake up, do my homework on a certain course, sleep during noon, play League for 3 hours, then take a shower, and go back to edit some youtube videos, then go to sleep, is that considered efficient? If not, does sleeping during noon affect that deep one domain performance? Thank you!
